Service

Masking Networks warrants the MS-100SC for two (2) years against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is serviced by contacting us for a warranty service authorization and shipping materials and then shipping the defective unit to our repair depot.

Maintenance and installation contracts are available to provide in-field service and extended warranties for the MS-100SC.
